We all know that water and oil do not mix. That said, we have developed ultrasonic cavitation technology to break down globular oil into nano particles to suspend them in water. This process creates an emulsion of oil in water which will separate over time. However, we use food grade surfactant derived from sunflower to create stable products that will not separate.
